Twin Love Part III

The Twins are 33 Weeks and 3 Days Old

Hubby and I stayed up late cuddling and talking about what we love about the babies. Best night ever. Here are some things that we came up with.

1. Hubby’s #1 favorite thing about the boys is how they get excited to see each other. G-Dawg in general squeals and smiles when J-Man gets close to him.
2. Hubby’s #2 favorite thing is how the babies get excited to see him when he walks in after not being around them for a while.
3. I love it when G-Dawg burps out of the blue. He lets out these cute little “eh” burps when he’s sitting strait up and acts like nothing happened.
   I love how kissing J-Man’s neck gets him to giggle (even though I don’t think that he likes it because sometimes he cries after he laughs).
4. I love watching the boys sleep on the video camera. That thing has turned me into a voyeur. I watch J-Man sleep on his tummy in awe every night and kiss the monitor before I go to sleep.
5. I love it when G-Dawg falls asleep in my arms. He often looks up at me and makes a munching motion with his mouth and rubs his little eyes before turn his head into my chest and closing his eyes.
6. I love it when J-Man sits in my lap facing my chest and grabs at my shirt and necklace. It makes me feel like he’s really interacting directly with me.
7. I love when G-Dawg tries to get the teething ring into his mouth. His eyes cross when it gets close to his mouth and after he gets it in his mouth, it inevitably pops out and he spends a lot of effort trying to stuff it back in. Sometimes he gets frustrated and cries a little bit.
8. I love how G-Dawg puts everything into his mouth. He gets excited when I start reading him a book which in turn makes me happy until I realize that he thinks that it's just one more thing to shove into his mouth.
9. I love ruffling G-Dawg’s little curls.
10. I love how J-Man splashes his legs in the bathtub every night.
11. I love that it doesn’t matter what kind of mood J-Man is in, he’ll giggle when you start walking him to the bathtub naked.
12. I love how the boys pee the second that they get in the tub.
13. I love how the boys cling onto their towel on the changing table after they're finished with their bath.
14. I love feeding the boys new foods.
15. I love how I feel like I’m experiencing things for the first time every time the babies see or try something new.
16. I love how G-Dawg smiles when eating his fruits/vegetables, showing off the food that’s stuck to the roof of his mouth.
17. I love how the boys open their mouths wide when the spoon comes at them and how J-Man opens his mouth even when I’m using the spoon just to wipe food off of his mouth.
18. I love how G-Dawg smiles with the bottle in his mouth and the formula drips down his chin.
19. I love how G-Dawg stops whatever he is doing when he has to poop, stares straight ahead, and shivers slightly.
20. I love how easy it is to pop the pacifier into J-Man’s mouth and he’ll keep it in, even when he’s fussing or smiling.
21. I love how the boys enjoy their nightly massage now. I enjoy massaging them and rubbing their little butts and feet.

I’m sure that once I post this, I’ll think of more! Not to worry, there’s always room for Twin Love Part IV.
